How to get your online support
Lime operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our public
communication open times are from 4pm-8pm. However this
excludes our ongoing email support & ticket systems, which
operate
throughout the day.

first port of call for non-clients. This system
will allow you to request any enquiry you may have with
regards to our services. Each enquiry will be dealt
with as soon as possible & a response will be issued
within 12-48 hours. When enquiring for a quote for a
new project, please try to be as specific as possible
with regards to your requirements. This will enable
us to give you a much more accurate quote.

The system will allow you to report a problem or any
questions you may have with the service we are providing
you. Each submission received
will be issued a allocated ticket number. The
ticket will then be dealt with as it lies in the queue.
